Please be advised that Mark Byers, Mark McDonald and Andrew Hosking were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company in the BVI by order of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court on 15 February 2010. Additionally, on 3 March 2010, Mark Byers and Andrew Hosking were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company in England and Wales by the High Court of Justice.
